Every paid plan includes hosting, a free hexwork.co.uk address, your own domain with a padlock, enquiry forms and inbox, analytics, daily backups and the full builder. Prices in pounds, no VAT added, cancel any time.

Credits pay for building: a small change usually costs a few credits and a whole new site around 15 to 20. Need more mid-month? Top up 75 credits for £5; top-up credits never expire. Charm suits most sites, Jinx is smarter and Hex is our most powerful, and the stronger spells use more credits per message. Want to move a site elsewhere? A one-off download costs £49.

Community builds: sites published on a free hexwork.co.uk address show in Community builds, where other Hexwork users can summon a copy of the design and pages to start their own. Your messages, bookings, data and domain are never copied. You can hide any site in its Settings, and sites on your own domain are never shown.

Add only what you need, from the Add-ons tab in the builder. Monthly add-ons stop whenever you cancel them.

Questions

What is a credit?

Credits pay for the AI that builds your site, and we only charge for what each message actually used. A small change usually costs a few credits and a whole new site around 15 to 20. You see the cost of every message in the chat, and Plan mode shows an estimate before anything is built.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Building pauses until your monthly credits refill or you top up. Your published sites stay online the whole time. Top-up credits never expire.

Do unused monthly credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits refill to your plan's amount every month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Top-up credits, referral credits and the free trial credits never expire.

What's a project?

Each site or app you're working on, published or not. Your plan has room for its published sites plus two more in progress, so you can try ideas without deleting anything.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, any time, from Plan and credits in your account. On a monthly plan, moving up charges the difference for the rest of the month and adds the extra credits straight away, and moving down takes the unused part off your next bill. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for. There's no contract.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. A year is paid up front and costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. You still get your plan's credits every month, and they still don't roll over. We email you 14 days before your year renews. Moving up is charged straight away. Moving down, or back to monthly, happens when your year ends. If you cancel within 14 days of paying, we refund the year minus the credits you've used. Discount codes can't be used on yearly plans.

What happens to my sites if I cancel?

They go offline, but they're kept. Pick a plan again and they come straight back, with their pages, enquiries and settings.

Do I need my own domain?

No. Every published site gets a free hexwork.co.uk address with a padlock. You can connect a domain you already own, or buy one from us in the builder.

Do you add VAT?

No. Hexwork isn't VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe, inside Hexwork. Your card details never touch our servers, and you can download every invoice from your account.
